Cheryl Richardson: We need tools that encourage and ease interaction with the sites.  We need tools that help educators find sites & frameworks, explore them, comment on them, and submit their own work.  Web 2.0 search, author, and social tools might be one avenue to explore.  These are cheap and relatively easy to use, but they need to be put onto one platform that is specific to education.  Yahoo for Teachers gives one example of what the collection might look like.
